Website information and project scope
Still2Motion provides creative property films, social content and property landing pages. Information on this website describes our services; the agreed quote and project brief confirm the deliverables, timeline and revision allowance for your project.
Prices include VAT. An inquiry does not take payment or create a confirmed booking. No specific number of views, inquiries, sales, rentals or bookings is guaranteed.
Visuals and client-supplied materials
Concept examples are illustrative and are not presented as completed client projects. Creative or edited property visuals should be checked against the actual property and are not a substitute for an inspection, survey or verified property information.
Clients must own or have permission to use the photographs, footage, logos, music, text and other materials they provide. Before publication, the studio and client should confirm that the finished content reflects the agreed brief and that necessary third-party permissions are in place.
Portfolio use requires your permission
Still2Motion may showcase agreed finished work on its website, portfolio, Instagram and TikTok for self-promotion only when the client has explicitly permitted that use. Portfolio permission is optional, separate from permission to process an inquiry, and is not a condition of receiving the service.
The inquiry form offers a separate, unchecked portfolio-permission box. When selected, the permission and its date are recorded with the inquiry. If it is not selected, submitting an inquiry, making payment or approving a preview does not by itself grant portfolio permission.
Permission covers only material the client is entitled to authorize. It does not transfer third-party rights or replace any permission required from people depicted. Confidential material, unpublished drafts and personal information will not be shared without separate approval. A project-specific written confidentiality agreement takes precedence.
Contact sales@still2motion.com to discuss or change portfolio-use preferences. The studio will confirm the scope before using any material that needs additional permission.
Previews and final delivery
After payment, the client receives a full-length watermarked preview to review. Once the final version is approved, Still2Motion delivers the watermark-free final separately. The review portal does not automatically add or remove watermarks or publish content to social platforms.
External links and platform names
Links to Instagram, TikTok and other external websites lead to services operated by third parties, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Instagram and TikTok names and marks belong to their respective owners. Still2Motion is an independent creative studio and does not claim sponsorship or endorsement by those platforms.
